    Laura Barnard is the founder of Breakthru Brands, a leadership empowerment company that builds personal leadership brands for underrepresented professionals at organizations.

    She is also the author of the upcoming book LEADERSHIP TYPES, coming out this summer in 2024, which is a guidebook for helping professionals unlock their leadership potential.

    With Laura's background in psychology, she has developed the Spectrum of Leadership Empowerment (SLE), which is an innovative and inclusive leadership framework that enables professionals to better understand themselves and their colleagues in order to lead more authentically and effectively. This is the basis of her work at Breakthru Brands, and the subject of her upcoming book.
