Brooke Moriber is a former Broadway Performer and current Country Music up-and-comer. Brooke is a native of New York's Greenwich Village and continues to live in The Big Apple, splitting time between home and Nashville as she works to create a space for herself in Country Music.
Brooke was surrounded by music from a young age; her mother was a former actress and musician and her Dad was a former drummer who once played Carnegie Hall. This musical upbringing inspired Brooke to pursue music as not only as passion but also a career. She stepped onto a Broadway stage for the first time when she was 8 years old after she landed the role of child Cosette in Les Miserables. It just so happened to be her very first audition. Continuing to build her talents on the stage, everything changed when she was 14 as a rare eye disease left her blind. The disease would steal her sight for four painful and difficult years when to the surprise of her doctors the disease went into remission.
Feeling like she had been given a new lease on life, Brooke was inspired to change her direction and chase a career in music. She made the very difficult decision to leave the Broadway stage and began a journey within the pop world. Although she was re-inspired, she still felt there was something missing as she longed to release her emotions not only through her songs but also through her songwriting and her performances on-stage. That's when she found Country Music.
Brooke began making trips to Nashville thanks to a chance meeting with well known producer Fred Mollin and began to find her voice within the world of Country Music. It was an inspiring transition as it allowed her to become more vulnerable than ever before, sharing her story and the emotions that were built up within it. The stage also offered a therapeutic release allowing her to connect with the audience in a whole new way. For the first time in years Brooke broke down the walls she had created between her and the audience while performing on Broadway; she let herself experience the unique emotions that are born within her music while performing live.
As she continues to work at finding her true voice within Country Music, working with talented producer Dave Pittenger, Brooke is extremely proud of the music she's creating, including her two single releases in 2020, Better Days and In It Together, and her latest single, This Town Made Us, which was produced by Pittenger and is her debut release on Reviver Entertainment Group.

Nate Smith is a Nashville based singer/songwriter signed to Sony Music Nashville and Sony Music Publishing. Nate joins Country Music Made Me to discuss his early years of being inspired by a wide range of musical artists from Garth Brooks to Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson to Nirvana. He reminisces about his days spent annoying his older brother by constantly imitating the moves of Elvis and the vocal inflections of Garth. Those influences helped create a love for music that inspired him to begin singing at the age of 9 and to pick up the guitar at 13 to try and learn his favorite Blink 182 songs.
Nate talks about dropping out of high school and following his friends from his home in California to Oregon to chase his Punk Rock dreams, a journey that would last only a brief moment before he moved back to California. Once home his focus changed to pop music and in his words, "becoming the next Ryan Cabrera." After booking meetings with some Major Label's while digging around MySpace, Nate soon received an offer from a Nashville based record company that would lead to yet another turn, one towards the world of Country Music. Once in Music City Nate began to grow as not only an artist but also a song writer, but following a very difficult divorce he made the decision to move home to Paradise California, leaving not only Nashville but also his dreams of a career in Music.
Nate describes the moment in 2018 when a wild fire tore through his hometown of Paradise, taking with it everything he owned and forever changing his future. Shortly after the catastrophic event Nate picked up the guitar and dove back into writing, crafting a song inspired by his home town called One Of These Days. Although his focus wasn't on reigniting a career in Music the opportunities that came following the release of the song would lead him back not only to music but also a place he thought he would never return to; Nashville. His debut release in 2019, Wildfire, and subsequent releases in 2020, Reckless and Under my Skin, would quickly gain him notoriety by not only fans but also major labels and in 2021 he signed to Sony Music Nashville.
Finally, Nate talks about the wild ride he's been on since making the official move back to Nashville in July of 2020, a journey that included a solo drive across the U.S. from California to his new home in Music City, and what it's been like dealing with the emotions that have come from finding major success in such a short period of time.
