    Our build up to this particular interview left us in splits, of the laughing variety 😆  Our guest, Dr Arun Nayak, exemplifies an attitude towards perseverance,  struggle and achievement.  As he takes through his minor stumbles( in our humble opinion) and major heights of physical endurance, he emphasizes something we can all emulate.....tell yourself repeatedly that I can do this, believe it with your whole heart....and it will definitely happen. This is not an advertisement for running your next full marathon tomorrow 🙄🙄 please don't push it....maybe run a mile after listening to the interview 🤔.
