Welcome tojoyful. A happiness movement and podcast, where we look for the answers on How to be Happier.
Through sparking up conversations and setting up initiatives, we wish to promote the science of happiness. It is our mission to share the importance of happiness in our lives, and create projects, or events, that can spread joy around.
On our platforms you can find two types of episodes: Guest Series and Solo Episodes.
In Guest Series, I engage in conversations with scientists, economists, psychologists, lecturers, entrepreneurs, spiritual leaders and more of inspirational figures and together we discuss how to be happier. Solo Episodes are published in series of 5, and in each episode I am discussing a topic related to one of the 5 happiness pillars of happiness that we've designed at joyful.
