So buoyed by our love of John Carpenter we jumped into his late 70's back catalogue, Unfortunately instead of picking the original Halloween or Prince of Darkness we picked the Fog, a film that in our memory seemed quite scary. You can imagine our disappointment then as we sat through this ghost story of betrayal and revenge in a sleepy California seaside town, to coin Obi One (these aren't to ghosts we're looking for).
