He has worked with the likes of Giorgio Armani, Versace, and Jean Paul Gaultier, Paul Smith and Valentino and has frequently been referred to as 'the original supermodel' of the 90s.
Paul has been very open and honest over the years of his struggle with addiction, and in 2014 he founded the Stride Foundation to support those in need through recovery. This year he launched his podcast ‘This is Powerful’ where he speaks to professionals in the field of addiction as well as special guests who candidly talk about substance abuse and how they achieved sobriety.
In this episode Paul bares it all and opens up about the '9 lives' of his life and how he is finally in a place of contentment. He discusses his thoughts on having to put in action to make changes in your life and how he has always had a curiosity to see the world and work hard. Her spectacular dance career spans more than 40 years and in 2017 Shirley became a household name when she became head judge on our tv screens every Saturday night on Strictly. Martin Kemp is an actor, musician and director, best known as the base guitarist in Spandau Ballet and for playing the role of Steve Owen in Eastenders. Spandau Ballet became one of the biggest bands of the 80s, touring the world and having huge success with songs such as 'True' and 'Gold.' Martin is equally known for his acting career staring in films such as 'The Krays' and playing Billy Flynn in the West End, as well as winning best male actor at the NTAs for his villainous role as Steve Owen. He has also written two books including one with Shirlie, his lovely wife of over 30 years, and success runs in the family with his son Roman and daughter Harley. Today he can be seen on our screen as a fan favourite on Celebrity Gogglebox and touring around the UK with his Back to the 80's DJ sets!

Kelvin & Liz Fletcher are the dynamic duo who both star in the hit ITV Be show, Fletcher's Family Farm. Kelvin is an actor best known for playing Andy Sugden in Emmerdale for 20 years and also as the winner of Strictly Come Dancing in 2019. Liz is an actor and voiceover artist who has appeared in a number of roles both on stage and screen. Together they live on their farm in the Peak District with their four children, and have released their first book 'Fletcher's on the Farm.'

Bradley Walsh is an actor, comedian, television presenter, singer and former professional footballer. He presents some of TV’s most loved shows such as The Chase, starred in Coronation Street and Doctor Who, has sold out countless comedy shows and also has two top 15 albums! Growing up in Watford, he went on to become a professional footballer. However, when his career ended due to injury, he went on to become a blue coat and got his big break on the Royal Variety show in 1993 and the rest is history! This propelled Bradley into his career in entertainment and then on to become an established actor and a true national treasure!
In this episode Bradley tells us all about his incredible journey across his multi-facetted career. We chat all about how breaking his ankle in a football match ultimately led him to the world of entertainment and straight on to the comedy scene. With a career spanning over 20 years, he is a disability advocate and one of the first physically disabled television presenters in the UK. Born in Lagos, Nigeria and raised in East London, he survived polio as youngster after he began to lose the use of his legs. Becoming a wheelchair basketball player, he was part of the British team that secured a Bronze medal at the Paralympics, Silver in the European Championships and Gold in The World Championships; And in 2005 he was made an MBE for his services to disability sport. He has won many awards for his work as a presenter at the Paralympics (including a BAFTA) and has hosted countless documentaries and Children in Need.
In this episode we get stuck in with the many Sliding Doors Moments Ade has had in his life, including catching Polio and the 'what if' moment he met his wife. Ade has an incredible outlook on life, sports and the challenges we face, especially growing up as a Nigerian family in the 70s in the UK.
