Jimmy Tarbuck is a comedy legend with more than 60 years at the very top of his profession, and is one of the most popular household names from the golden era of British stand up. Jimmy’s breakthrough appearance was at the London Palladium and from that his career snowballed and shot him into fame in the world of comedy and broadcasting. He has worked with some of the greats Tom Jones, Judy Garland, Cilla Black and Ronnie Corbett, and aside from his stand-up, he truly has entertained the nation as a singer, actor and game show host. Still touring at 84, he is a veteran in the world of live comedy.

In the episode (one of his only podcast interviews) Jimmy opens up about his incredible life including working with his footballing heroes, having dinner with Elvis, going to school with John Lennon and meeting Frank Sinatra. The stage is still his home and laughter has always been the drug that feeds his soul and gives him strength. Shirley Ballas is Queen of Latin Ballroom, an author and Head Judge on BBC One’s prime time show Strictly Come Dancing and is one of the most renowned dancers in the world. She is 3-time British Latin American Champion, 10-time US Latin American Champion, and multiple-times British National Champion.

Her spectacular dance career spans more than 40 years and in 2017 Shirley became a household name when she became head judge on our tv screens every Saturday night on Strictly. Dame Zandra Rhodes is an iconic Fashion and Textile Designer. Known for her fabulously bold prints, this year she celebrates 56 years since she launched her brand. Nicknamed ‘The Princess of Punk’, she burst onto the fashion scene in the late 1960s and continues to work from her studio in London.

Martin Kemp is an actor, musician and director, best known as the base guitarist in Spandau Ballet and for playing the role of Steve Owen in Eastenders. Spandau Ballet became one of the biggest bands of the 80s, touring the world and having huge success with songs such as 'True' and 'Gold.' Martin is equally known for his acting career staring in films such as 'The Krays' and playing Billy Flynn in the West End, as well as winning best male actor at the NTAs for his villainous role as Steve Owen. He has also written two books including one with Shirlie, his lovely wife of over 30 years, and success runs in the family with his son Roman and daughter Harley. Today he can be seen on our screen as a fan favourite on Celebrity Gogglebox and touring around the UK with his Back to the 80's DJ sets!

In this episode Martin opens up on his amazing life journey and all the stepping stone moments that have got him to where he is today, as well as some great stories and memories! We chat about his dreams and visualisations of being a pop star and the moment when that finally came true! Kelvin & Liz Fletcher are the dynamic duo who both star in the hit ITV Be show, Fletcher's Family Farm. Kelvin is an actor best known for playing Andy Sugden in Emmerdale for 20 years and also as the winner of Strictly Come Dancing in 2019. Liz is an actor and voiceover artist who has appeared in a number of roles both on stage and screen. Together they live on their farm in the Peak District with their four children, and have released their first book 'Fletcher's on the Farm.'

In this episode Kelvin & Liz delve into the moments that have shaped their lives and how through their aspirations to find a new way of life and taking risks, they manage to live their lives to the fullest. We discuss how a few moments of fate are how they eventually got together in their mid-twenties, and how getting the call to be a replacement contestant on Strictly- was a twist of fate that led Kelvin to win the show! Liz discusses how her life path took her to where she was meant to be by pushing herself to go to an audition, and Kelvin chats about his decision to leave Emmerdale after 20 years. Bradley Walsh is an actor, comedian, television presenter, singer and former professional footballer. He presents some of TV’s most loved shows such as The Chase, starred in Coronation Street and Doctor Who, has sold out countless comedy shows and also has two top 15 albums! Growing up in Watford, he went on to become a professional footballer. However, when his career ended due to injury, he went on to become a blue coat and got his big break on the Royal Variety show in 1993 and the rest is history! This propelled Bradley into his career in entertainment and then on to become an established actor and a true national treasure!

In this episode Bradley tells us all about his incredible journey across his multi-facetted career. We chat all about how breaking his ankle in a football match ultimately led him to the world of entertainment and straight on to the comedy scene. We delve into his theories around never giving up, and putting your all into everything you do as you never know who you will meet along the way. Bradley made a lot of his own luck, which is what led him to present The Chase....and we find out about how whilst having a drink with Ray Winstone, Bradley was given some advice and what happened next was pretty amazing!

Stef Reid MBE is a silver and bronze Paralympic medalist, Broadcaster, Keynote speaker and Coach and is a trailblazer who embraces high performance in all aspects of life. Following a life altering accident at 15, which dashed her dreams of rugby stardom, she harnessed the power of a carbon fiber running leg to forge a new path. After sheer determination and resilience, she is now a world champion in Long Jump, four-time Paralympian, and triple Paralympic medalist and holds five world records in track and field. Her impact is beyond the track making history as the first amputee to grace the London Fashion Week catwalk and also showcase her resilience on Dancing on Ice in 2022. After an incredible 18-year Paralympic career, Stef retired from elite sports in June 2022, embarking on a mission to empower others to discover their own paths to high performance.

In this episode Stef discusses her incredible journey to becoming a Paralympian and her outlook on life and building your own path. She opens up about her life changing accident at age 15 and how there could have been so many other outcomes and what if moments - but how she learnt to take what happened to her and live life to the full. Partrick Grant is a Designer, Businessman, Author and best known as a judge for ten series on BBC One's The Great British Sewing Bee. His career in fashion has spanned almost two decades where he has rebuilt the Savile Row tailor Norton & Sons, and relaunched E. Tautz, for which he won Menswear Designer of the Year. Jo Elvin is a celebrated Writer and former Editor in Chief of Glamour Magazine, Editor of Mail on Sunday’s YOU magazine and CEO of Children with Cancer UK. During her impressive 17 year career at Glamour magazine, Jo famously launched the Women of the Year Awards and was a trailblazer at the publication and a true pioneer of glossy pages. Ade Adepitan is a TV presenter, Paralympic Medallist and Journalist. With a career spanning over 20 years, he is a disability advocate and one of the first physically disabled television presenters in the UK. Born in Lagos, Nigeria and raised in East London, he survived polio as youngster after he began to lose the use of his legs. Becoming a wheelchair basketball player, he was part of the British team that secured a Bronze medal at the Paralympics, Silver in the European Championships and Gold in The World Championships; And in 2005 he was made an MBE for his services to disability sport. He has won many awards for his work as a presenter at the Paralympics (including a BAFTA) and has hosted countless documentaries and Children in Need. 

In this episode we get stuck in with the many Sliding Doors Moments Ade has had in his life, including catching Polio and the 'what if' moment he met his wife. Ade has an incredible outlook on life, sports and the challenges we face, especially growing up as a Nigerian family in the 70s in the UK. We delve into the life saving decision Ade made in his teenage years to move to Spain to play basketball. He opens up about the incredible achievement of crawling up a volcano for a documentary, however if it wasn't for his strong will and a courageous decision things would have been very different. And of course we discuss the Paralympics - and how being part of the Channel 4 bid to host them- changed his life!

Sonny Jay is a Presenter, Radio DJ, host of Capital radio’s late show and former winner of 13th series of ITV's Dancing on Ice. Sam McKnight MBE is a hairstylist renowned for creating the most iconic looks and his work with celebrities such as Kate Moss, Princess Diana and Lady Gaga. Early on in his career Sam was an independent session stylist working for high-profile editorial shoots and a firm favourite at Vogue. We reached out to TfL staff, customers and the general public- to find out some amazing Sliding Doors moments you have had in your lives and we have put some of our favourites together! We will be hearing from 8 different people all about their own Sliding Doors moments and decisions and what might have been if they had never happened...from love stories to life changing moments we have it all, and we will hear from TfL's Commissioner Andy Lord all about the tube's anniversary celebrations.

Cuppy, professionally known as DJ Cuppy, is a Nigerian DJ, Radio host and Producer with over 9 million followers on Instagram and recently graduated from Oxford University with a Master's degree in African Studies. Ruby Bhogal is a TV cook & personality and first appeared on our screens as a finalist on the Great British Bake Off, where she took the show by storm with her natural talent for baking as well as her wit, humour and style. Born in London, Ruby moved to Liverpool to study Architecture, but since appearing on Bake Off has gone into cooking full time and regularly appears on shows such as Steph's Packed Lunch and writes a monthly column for GQ online and Tastemade.

In this episode Ruby opens up all about her theories on fate and believing in everything happens for a reason. We chat about how having older siblings has driven her to have independence and how deciding to quit her job and move back in with her parents, ultimately led her to where she is today! We openly discuss how a dream of moving to New York led to one of the saddest times in Ruby's life - but how heartbreak always leads to better things. And of course, we chat all things Bake Off!

Janette Manrara is a professional dancer and presenter best known as a Strictly Come Dancing superstar, dancing on the show for 9 years, and now taking on her new role as the presenter of It Takes Two. She was born in Miami into a fun filled and loving Cuban family and was born to perform! Janette has had an incredible career taking part in the US hit show So You Think You Can Dance, Glee, Dancing with the Stars in Las Vegas and the international show Burn the Floor. She is married to fellow Strictly star Aljaz and they have been together for 10 years!

In this episode Janette chats about her three Sliding Doors moments as she is about to embark on a new career journey. We chat all about her time on Strictly and how the show has changed her life! She discusses how putting what you want into the universe and being ready for opportunities can ultimately drive you to your dream - and Janette is a true example of that. We delve into her big decision to leave her job in finance and move to LA to pursue her dream, which turned out to be the catalyst to her whole career. Janette has such gratitude and passion for everything in her life and even when times were hard, she had faith to believe her path would lead her to where she needed to be. We also get the down low on how her and Aljaz got together, what she will miss most about dancing on Strictly and what she is most excited for about her new adventure!
