While redoing electrical in his house himself because he is an electrician, OP noticed a branch off on his electrical and water main that headed over to Bill's house. OP then set up a series of security cameras and utility tracking devices to set up Bill and see if he is aware of the utility theft or if a contractor did it in the past and Bill has no idea he is stealing power and water from OP. After turning off the power and water to the house for testing and while he was gone for work for 2 weeks, he came back to see it had been turned back on! While he was working on the project he was doing some shady things and allowing the construction workers to live at the property. The workers were extremely loud and disrespectful. It was like a non-stop party and OP had asked them numerous times to keep it down. He finally told the developer about the problem because technically he was their landlord, and he basically replied with "that's not my problem." After a while of the police not working either, OP was tired and had no hope of peace and quiet. Then one day OP noticed they were doing a pretty decent sized project on the house. OP figured they didn't have a permit so he reported them. He was correct in his assumption and the half-torn-down, tarp-covered, construction site had to stop construction. The rest of the project was a huge pain in the neck for the developer because a wall that needed tearing down half belongs to OP. Therefore OP's permission is needed to tear down the wall and replace it, and he isn't planning on giving him permission anytime soon. The developer lost a ton of money and also was in danger of losing his business and receiving criminal charges for construction with no permit.

Tue, 12 Jan 2021 - 197 - r/NuclearRevenge; The Anti Vax Family Who Almost Killed Me
OP tells us about a family in his community while growing up that didn't believe in vaccinating their children. This family, after finding out their child had measles, sent their sick child out to play with the other children so that they might also gain a strong natural immunity to measles. The measles eventually made its way to infecting OP and it wasn't such a walk in the park for her like her sister. OP was hospitalized and almost died. OP also now has epilepsy because of the scarring of brain tissue. The anti vax family's thoughts on it were "the other parents should thank them, now their child will have a strong natural immunity to the sickness." Their lack of remorse landed them some serious retaliation from the entire community. They were constantly abused and their cars and house vandalized. Tires were slashed and then replaced only to be slashed again. They eventually moved and sold their house it got so bad.
