- 211 - Hunter Biden: How His Pardon is Both the Norm AND Bad for All of Society!
In this short podcast I break down the conundrum of how we simultaneously act in a way that provides extra resources to our own children while recognizing this is not how we want society to be run. I share a story of a former student and discuss Mark DeFriest as examples of the two-tiered justice system and how it is both a waste and a loss to our society.
Tue, 03 Dec 2024 - 15min - 210 - Heresy in Education: How a Great Teacher Was Forced Out of Public School
In the chaotic post-George Floyd time in America, Fank McCormick, a widely recognized excellent teacher at a very low-income, high-risk school began to speak out when DEI, CRT, and other dangerous ideologies began being directly taught to his students.
Teachers that were willing to publicly speak out during that time were very rare, and in this conversation, Will & Frank discuss what led them to do that. Also, topics covered are: what good education looks like, dangerous "woke" ideas permeating schools, and how to foster an environment of curiosity and dialogue rather than obedience to an activist agenda.

Fri, 31 May 2024 - 1h 02min - 194 - Modeling Civil Discourse on IG Live: Trump, Vaccines, and Thinking Clearly
This is a conversation I had today with a frequent commenter on my Instagram account. While it was not as productive, as I would have hoped, I believe that a primary reason why it didn’t evolve into angry, personal attacks and ugliness is because I maintained a commitment to my “three pillars” of humility, genuine, curiosity, and grace .
The conversation was about politics and at the core of it, I believe that disagreements or misunderstandings about the difference between objectivity and subjectivity are the root of disagreement . Whether it be due to ego, ideological possession, or something else…
Applying the strategies that I breakdown in my free guide “Debate to Dialogue” helped maintain a sense of TRYING to be productive. Check it out at www.williamreusch.com/debatetodialogue

Tue, 10 Oct 2023 - 1h 23min - 187 - The Deep State, Human Nature & Trump (Solo Podcast)
For this episode, I thought I would sit down and do a solo episode since that is what a lot of people seem to have been asking for. I want to take on current topics that are relevant or controversial and do a deep dive to highlight different perspectives and viewpoints on said topics.
For today, I thought I’d start with the concept of the deep state because that always gets people talking. In the episode, I covered questions like what or who is the deep state and whether the deep state is just normal human nature. I do a deep dive into Trump and how he has affected our nation’s perception of the deep state. I talk about how the anti-establishment has changed drastically over the last few decades and how we can move forward towards a less corrupt future.
Let me know what your thoughts are on these solo podcasts and if you have any topics that you’d like me to dive into in upcoming episodes!

On this episode of Cylinder Radio, I speak with Manu Meel, the CEO of BridgeUSA, a youth-led non-profit organization that creates spaces on college and high school campuses for open-minded and non-judgemental conversations on political issues.
I think it’s a really important challenge to take on and BridgeUSA is doing an awesome job at tackling it so I wanted to have him on the podcast to learn more and share his work with my platform.
During our conversation, we talk about how BridgeUSA started, why Manu felt called to insert himself into the culture wars and why he thinks he was able to “resist” the temptation of going after material success and external rewards over meaning.
We also discuss how to get young people to break out of their thought bubbles and if echo chambers are part of human nature or not. Fri, 04 Aug 2023 - 54min - 183 - Transgenderism, Homophobia and Self-Hatred with Calvin Lunt
On this episode of Cylinder Radio, I speak with Calvin Lunt, a young man from the UK who formerly lived as a trans-woman and has since transitioned back to living as his birth gender. Calvin shares the story of how spirituality and self-discovery helped him come to terms with himself and finally break free from the masks he wore to escape from his own self-hatred.
He shares the story of his childhood, how we slowly stepped into the world of drag and with time, started identifying as transgender. He talks about desire to keep running from himself and taking his escapism to higher and higher extremes. He then touches on his experience with transitioning and how he finally realised that he wasn’t actually a trans woman , he was a gay man.
Lastly, we discuss the dangers of socially rewarding LGBTQ children, whether puberty blockers are really irreversible and if pushing transgenderism is actually an ingrained form of homophobia.
