    In this episode, we ask the pivotal question: who do you lean on when someone leans on you? We delve into the often-unseen world of informal caregiving and explore the realities of this role. We discuss when you might be considered an informal caregiver, the importance of setting boundaries and assertiveness, and the concept of parentification. We also highlight the importance of asking for help and making use of resources like the You Never Care Alone walk-in sessions on the EUR campus. To enrich our discussion, we’re joined by a prevention specialist, a student counselor, and a student who shares her personal experience as an informal caregiver.
