She's a licensed master cosmetologist and has spent the past 11 years specifically working as a makeup artist for feature films and television productions (most recently Bad Boys 2 and Coming To America 2). In 2017 Ari founded Look Good, Love Well, a digital wellness platform designed to help women connect the dots between beauty and wellness. The rigorous demands of working on set sparked Ari’s wellness journey, and she quickly learned that how she moved, what she ate, the words that she spoke, had just as much of an impact on how she looked as did cosmetics. Also passionate about educating women of color about the dynamic impacts of toxic chemicals found in majority of our beauty products, Ari uses her platform to educate and empower women with tools to make healthier choices, and to prioritize self care.
