In a rapidly changing world, Australia is facing a digital skills shortage. 87% of jobs now require digital literacy skills. With forecasts suggesting Australia needs 60,000 additional digital workers per year to meet demands, we are facing significant shortfalls. The importance of digitally up-skilling our country is clear, and that is why we’ve created the 180 podcast. Through this audio journey, we’ll give you tips and tools to look at your business’ digital needs, to help adapt training, up-skill yourself and employees  to better meet the needs of an ever-changing world. We’ll share initiatives, research, and practical case studies to demonstrate how, with the help of government, employers and training providers, we’re recoding Australia’s digital future.  Along the way you’ll also meet pioneering thinkers bringing the DSO mission to life.
